Job Description
for a Project Manager – ERP Implementation to analyse, plan and drive the implementation of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution  The Project Manager (PM) will help to execute and improve the key service delivery processes for this project. The role of the Project Manager – ERP Implementation is to execute the project and deliver the desired outcomes in an effective and profession manner, The PM will initiate the project and do the project planning, execution, control; and close the project, once all the identified and agreed scope of work is implemented and tested for quality.


Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of the project.

  • Responsibilities

    1. Coordinate internal resources and third parties or the flawless execution of multiple projects.
    2. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time
    3. Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project 
    4. Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
    5. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
      Perform other related duties as assigned
    6. Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
    7. Manage the relationship with the client 

Project Manager Requirements

  1. Proven working experience in project management
  2. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  5. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
